Refund and Exchange Policy
To Initiate a Exchange of products, the consumer has to intimate the company through mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase,and we did not receive an official intimation to the company through E-mail unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for refunds or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, a new product will be sent to the consumer.
The Refund for products can only be obtained if the company has sent a misplaced item (or) a different product from purchase made by the consumer. The refund will be initiated immediately after notifying the consumer.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Customs, Duties and Taxes
TuckerMotors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Tuckermotors is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over Rs.3000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
